Our in-house metallography laboratory enables us to offer rapid sample preparation and microscopic evaluation. Together with our partners, we use methods like SEM/EDX for surface analysis and OES or XRF for determination of elemental material composition.
Comprehensive analytics determine the corrosivity of operational fluids, cooling water, soils, and atmosphere. We analyze eluates from corrosion deposits, measure key parameters—pH, electrical conductivity, dissolved oxygen, acid capacity (KS4.3), metals, anions, and cations—working with accredited labs as needed. Results are evaluated using standards like DIN 50929 and DIN EN 12502.
